Artist Engagement and Selection Guidelines:
At Floreum, we cherish the diversity and creative spirit of artists, and our mission is to provide a platform that not only supports but celebrates their unique expressions. To ensure the highest level of artistic excellence and integrity, we've established a set of principles for artist engagement and selection:
Curated Diversity:
In the initial phase, the founders of Floreum carefully handpick and curate a select group of artists whose work resonates with our vision and values. These artists are chosen based on the quality and distinctiveness of their art, their unwavering commitment to artistic integrity, and their shared passion for nature and the great outdoors.
Collaborative Growth:
As Floreum evolves, each artist within our ecosystem has the opportunity to extend an invitation to an artist of their choice to join our platform. This collaborative approach fosters a sense of community and encourages the discovery and celebration of fresh, artistic voices.
A Platform for All Voices:
In subsequent rounds, artists are encouraged to propose four additional artists whom they believe embody the essence of Floreum. From these proposed artists, one will be thoughtfully selected by the Floreum board. The criteria for selection are based on artistic merit, alignment with our mission, and the potential to enhance the overall growth and diversity of our platform.
Fairness and Environmental Commitment:
At Floreum, we deeply believe in fair compensation for artists and are wholeheartedly committed to supporting environmental causes. Therefore, the distribution of sales proceeds will be as follows: 33% to the artist, ensuring that they are both acknowledged and rewarded for their creative contributions; 33% to a designated nonprofit organization dedicated to the conservation, preservation, and restoration of flora and fauna; and 33% to Floreum to cover operational expenses and to sustain our ongoing mission.
By implementing these guidelines, we aspire to cultivate a dynamic and inclusive artistic community within Floreum, where artists are empowered to express their creativity, collaborate with like-minded peers, and contribute to making a profound impact on the world through their art.
